Time – Every Monday TBC (7 – 8pm or 8pm – 9pm)

If you love a casual game, we’re the perfect fit for you. It’s simple, just fill in the short form to join. Our games are competitive but always played with respect, no sliding tackles or rough play. We all have day jobs, after all!

Everyone plays every week, no subs. Whether it’s 6, 7, or 8-a-side, each player gets a full hour on the pitch. It’s a great way to stay active and become part of a welcoming, like-minded community.

Simple Rules With One Goal: Football For All 📋

All are welcome at Local Kickabout (LK) so come down to your nearest venue and try your FREE taster session.
Payment after is £7.50 per session which covers venue hire, equipment and 2 LK reps. This is taken monthly as a £30 direct debit payment.
Arrive 5 – 10 mins before kick off, you can have a quick stretch and catch up with mates, then we can start bang on time.
Everyone plays, no substitutes. You get your full hours worth on the pitch.
Simply select attending on the Heija app to let them know you’ll be playing, this helps the LK reps decide on the night if it will be a 6, 7 or 8 a side game.
Teams are decided by the LK reps, we’ll just chuck you a bib on arrival. We’ll try to make games as even as possible.
Shin pads are optional, but the appropriate footwear for the pitch is required. Details will be provided in the WhatsApp session description.
All about keeping active and having a laugh. It’s not Sunday league so don’t try and be a hard man. Slide tackling is a no-go and rough play won’t be accepted. We all have day jobs; while we want games to be competitive, we also want everyone to feel safe and come home injury-free.
